Rice Tutors is currently looking for experienced tutors to teach middle school through college level students (most are in high school).





Tutoring occurs in students' homes. Our service area is relatively small, including West University, River Oaks, Memorial, Bellaire, Meyerland, and generally the area in between those.





This is a great job for anyone who meets the below qualifications and wants to work in the afternoons and/or evenings for $30-$45/hour.





Required:





--Two years of tutoring or teaching experience


--Bachelor’s degree


--Strong student--Minimum GPA of 3.0 (copy of transcript required)


--Native fluency in English


--MUST be legally able to work in the U.S.


--Capable in several subjects at a middle school and high school level


--MUST be available for the full school year


--Good communication skills


--Dependable


--Enthusiastic about learning


--Positive attitude


--Reliable vehicle


--Available weeknights
