This position requires strong administrative and organizational skills, the ability to work with minimal supervision, all while serving multiple departments. We are looking for someone who likes working with a team and getting things done efficiently.



Responsibilities will include:



- Review all orders submitted by customers prior to data entry for completeness

- Resolve client problem orders submitted through direct contact with client or applicant

- Save information to web-based database

- Log and Maintain files of orders submitted and send appropriate files to archive

- Support multiple departments clerically

- Assist Production Manager with a variety of office duties

- Print, collate and send reports and marketing collateral as needed
