Optimum Behavior Services is a growing, dynamic company which provides Behavior Intervention services to children with developmental disabilities. We are looking for a motivated, office assistant to work on a variety of projects in a busy office setting. This will not be your “typical” office assistant position; you will become an integral part of our team. You will not be able to hide in the anonymity of a sea of cubicles or file cabinets, your face will be seen and your voice heard.

Job Duties and Qualifications:


• General office knowledge: filing, scanning, faxing, data entry, Excel, Word, multi-line phones


• Expanded office knowledge a plus: Quickbooks, AP, AR, Access, IT knowledge


• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, fluid and dynamic environment


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; moderate to heavy phones.


• A team player with a winning attitude


• A take-charge individual who can ‘get it done’ and does not require a lot hands-on direction


• Excellent typing skills


• Bi-Lingual (Spanish and English) a plus!








Position Type:


Part Time or Full Time


Compensation: good pay, negotiable depending on experience.


Work location: Sugar Land. Local applicant will receive priority in interviews.
