Behavior Education Services Team (B.E.S.T.) is a growing, dynamic company which provides Behavior Intervention services to children with developmental disabilities.

We are currently looking for an Office Manager

Job Description:

The Office Manger is responsible for day-to-day management of the administrative and HR affairs. Key responsibilities include oversight of all operations and human resource management, and office maintenance. Preferred candidates will have practical knowledge and experience in office administration. Regular responsibilities include some or all of the following: organize/maintain records, coordinate teams working on specific tasks; manage correspondence, support events, including scheduling, travel arrangements, maintain office files, update calendars

Qualifications:

� Ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of office management experience.

� Have strong organizational, communication, and computer skills (MS office, MS excel)

� Energetic and extremely detail-oriented

� Able to maintain confidentiality

� Take initiative in completing tasks

� Able to work independently, pay attention to details, and work under pressure

Position Type:

Part Time or Full Time

Compensation: good pay, negotiable depending on experience.

Work location: Sugar Land. Local applicant will receive priority in interviews.
