Responsible for gathering of data, preparation of required property tax returns, review of assessments, negotiation of values with assessors and/or appraisers including administrative appeal. Other items include reconciliation of final assessments along with verification and processing of tax payments to taxing entities.




Requirements


• Bachelor's in Finance or Accounting


• 3+ years of Property Tax experience is required.


• Must have knowledge of discounted cash flow calculations of mineral properties and exposure to operations of oil & gas production.


• Tax Pipeline experience a plus.


• Must be proficient using advanced Excel and Access functions along use of Oil & Gas Production Forecasting software.
